From time to time we offer specials, discounts and other incentives for new and existing customers. Some elements of our infrastructure are hosted and managed by third-party providers (including Microsoft, IBM, Stripe, and others). In situations where we do not directly control the purchase and billing process, and thus cannot offer the traditional “enter a code at checkout” experience, we provide an alternative method for applying discounts and billing reductions. Please read through the following instructions to learn how to take advantage of these special offers.

Discount Codes

If you have received a discount code for a subscription purchase of  one of our API products, please take the following steps after setting up your organization billing details, creating an app and subscribing to a plan:

  1. Navigate to our Support page at https://portal.apptigent.com/support.
  2. Under the Support Tickets section, click on the Raise a support ticket button.
  3. Post a new support ticket (there is a link by this name near the top of the page) with a subject similar to the following: “New subscription discount”, “Discount code ABCD”, or “Please apply discount to my subscription”. The wording doesn’t have to be an exact match to these examples, just make it something regarding discounts so we know it’s not a technical issue and will route it to the appropriate personnel.
  4. Enter your discount code in the body of the request. If possible, also include the name of your organization and any apps you’ve created (an optional step but helpful to our accounting department).
  5. Set the Priority in the ticket to “High” (this is also optional but it helps us prioritize your request).
  6. Submit the ticket.
We will verify your account details and apply the discount to your account as soon as possible. Please allow 48-72 hours for a response. Should you have any questions, post an update to the ticket or reach out to us on our contact page, via social media, or send us an email.
